All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). win33 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which win33 accepts no responsibility.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the win33 cashier page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. win33 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Deposit Credits. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer and supported e-wallets are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, you should contact win33 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been legitimately obtained. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on win33, is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name. win33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Processing Time. win33 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts with no pending compliance reviews. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. win33 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider once the transfer has been initiated.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of the request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.4 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. win33 reserves the right to withhold payment pending satisfactory identity verification, and to cancel withdrawal requests where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. 7.2 One Bonus Per Household. 7.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise on the relevant promotion page, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire and be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within this period.

8.3 Bet Integrity. win33 monitors all gameplay for irregular betting patterns. Bets placed in a manner consistent with exploitation of software errors, bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other form of advantage play that is not a result of genuine skill or luck in the intended game mechanics may be voided at win33's discretion.
8.4 Sportsbook Specific Rules. For sports betting, including markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions, specific sportsbook rules apply regarding settlement, void bets, postponed events, and in-play betting. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 10, 14, and 15) will continue in full force and effect following Account closure.
